1. Who you are dealing with

The service is provided by İLİKTEKİN TEKNOLOJİ VE İLETİŞİM A.Ş., whose full company details appear below. “You” means anyone visiting the site or joining the waitlist.

2. What the service is

Duckout is a social discovery app that gathers a city's events into one feed and shows you which of them your friends are going to. The app is not live yet; the only function offered on this site today is joining the waitlist for the launch announcement. Nothing said about the app before launch is a binding promise of service.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and obliges you to buy nothing. The email address you give is used only for launch and product announcements, and every email carries an unsubscribe link. How the data is handled is set out on the Privacy & data policy page.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the site in breach of applicable law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the service, create bulk sign-ups with automated tools, or enter someone else's email address without their consent. We reserve the right to restrict access where these terms are breached.

5. Third-party content

Once the app launches, part of the event, venue and ticket information shown in it will come from organisers and third-party providers. The accuracy of that content, whether an event takes place, and the terms of any ticket sale are the responsibility of the organiser concerned. Duckout acts as an intermediary in those cases.

6. Intellectual property

The Duckout name, logo, mascot, interface design and the texts on this site belong to İLİKTEKİN TEKNOLOJİ VE İLETİŞİM A.Ş. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from being unable to reach the site or from the use of information on it.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated over time. The current version is always published at this address and the date above is changed accordingly. When the app launches, this text will be reissued together with in-app terms of service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction. Users who qualify as consumers keep their statutory right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
